Good place to eat. Absolutely the best ribs I ever had. I have had ribs all over the U.S, Texas. and Memphis South Carolina. Carson's is the best, they melt in your mouth.
This is a small mom n pop shop that has super hot n fresh, made to order food. Owners are friendly and appreciative. I will definitely be back! Catfish, fries, potato salad, and greens was great!
This place is great! They have the BEST mozzarella sticks I have literally ever eaten!...not sure how they are able to make huge square mozzarella sticks, but they’re incredible!! The onions rings and coleslaw were dope too! The owners/staff are super friendly! The owner cooks smoked jackfruit for the veggie eaters if you call ahead a day...cannot WAIT yo try it! Also, if you’re next door at the Hoppy Wobbles Bar....they’ll bring your food right over! It’s perfect!
Incredibly lovely service and mouthwatering brisket! Almost chewed thru the styrofoam driving this home. Throw on a mask and get there ASAP! The 12 lb brisket and side of fries was enough for me and my friend to share and we are stuffed.
OMG that brisket changed my life!! Also, pretty soon they are coming up with fried chicken but need to call ahead for that!! Please try!!!
Long-time fan of Carson's BBQ. We most recently ordered their delicious pulled chicken and brisket for a large yard party (60 people). Mr. Carson helped us estimate what we would need and had it ready to go with reheating instructions for the day of.
Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The food meats were tender and juicy. The sides had good flavor as well. They had more than reasonable prices and exceeded me and my girlfriend’s expectations!
Always a must stop when passing bloomington. Rib tips are awesome, greens are the best. Hospitality is off the charts. Thank you Jeff.
